At Noorain, each piece is handmade with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy below:
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if:
The product arrives damaged (must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order).
Your jewelry tarnishes on its own within 1 month of purchase (covered under our 1-month warranty).
Returns will not be accepted if:
The jewelry was not cared for according to our Jewelry Care Instructions.
There is a sizing issue due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
You simply change your mind or no longer like the item.
Process
If your item qualifies for a return, please email us at info@bynoorain.com within the timeframe with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Notes
Warranty covers natural tarnishing only; damage caused by mishandling, exposure to water/chemicals, or improper storage is not eligible.
Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is on our side.
